Getting Started...
|
|
Our
popular Surviving Construction Tech Visit helps mobilize communities and
organizations to plan and prepare. The tech visit is orchestrated to engage stakeholders and to
focus local resources on solutions and tools to effectively address
project-related issues and concerns. A written tech visit summary report
containing an Action Agenda outline is provided in follow-up to guide
the efforts of local project leaders and volunteers.
We use the two-day tech visit itinerary
example appearing below as a starting point. We customize the itinerary
for each visit in consultation with the client and a number of other
factors such as: the status of the project's design and engineering
phase; the anticipated ground-breaking date; the level of organization
in the community; and the unique circumstances or special needs of the
client. |
